    Customer Background

    A global engineering & R&D services company supporting Fortune 500 clients in automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery and energy. The firm runs 1,200+ concurrent client projects across delivery centres in the United States, Europe, India and Australia — with deeply technical, multi-disciplinary teams.

    Salesforce had been deployed for opportunity tracking, but project management, resource allocation, timesheet capture and financial forecasting lived in disconnected tools across each geography — making global delivery governance nearly impossible.

    The Challenges We Inherited

    • Fragmented project tracking

      Each geography ran a different mix of Salesforce, Excel and Jira — no single view of project health, milestones or risks.

    • Resource allocation in spreadsheets

      120+ weekly RM spreadsheets reconciled by hand. Bench was invisible until invoicing slipped.

    • No real-time delivery visibility

      CXOs received project status decks 10 days after month-end. Course-correction was always reactive.
