About Our Client:
Our client is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing human rights, legal frameworks, and law enforcement practices. With a global reach, they partner with a diverse network of local organizations, such as community groups, non-profits, and government agencies, to achieve their mission. More than 6,600 victims of human trafficking were rescued nationwide, over 315,000 people were freed from bonded labor between 1978 to 2023, and an estimated 18.4 million bonded laborers are expected to be identified, freed, and rehabilitated by the year 2030.
Client's Prior Operational Challenges:
Before implementing our solution, the organization encountered several challenges:
Inefficient Partner Management
Onboarding NGOs onto the partner portal was challenging due to several factors, including a lack of standardized processes, inconsistent communication, and language barriers. These issues often led to communication breakdowns, difficulty in tracking performance, and challenges in measuring impact.
Limited Collaboration
The NGO's local partners operated in silos, lacking a centralized platform for information sharing and collaborative project execution. This affected communication and coordination, limiting the overall impact of their efforts.
Data Management Inefficiencies
The organization depended on different systems and manual processes for gathering case-related data. This limited the organization's ability to extract actionable insights and make informed decisions.
Lack of Data Visibility
They couldn't track or analyze program data effectively due to a lack of a centralized system. It made it difficult to understand how the programs were performing and identify areas for improvement.
Our Solution:
To overcome these challenges, we executed a comprehensive Salesforce-based solution that leverages the power of the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and the Salesforce Partner Portal.
Partner Registration
We implemented a customized partner registration process to efficiently capture and manage essential partner information, accelerating the onboarding process, introducing regional language to improve the partner experience, and facilitating seamless collaboration. This enhanced process enabled the NGO to quickly establish strong partnerships, expand its network, and ultimately increase its impact.
Customized Case Management
This helps to track important details about cases also in regional languages, including total numbers of victims, victim information, case events, legal assistance, and aftercare support.
Reporting and analytics
The NGO can effectively track partner activities, measure program impact, and generate customized reports. This empowers the organization to make data-driven decisions and demonstrates its effectiveness.
Results:
Our client was able to streamline the process of gathering, managing, and analyzing case-related information. This improvement in efficiency allowed them to be more accurate.
Swiftly gather and organize key case data.
Collaborate seamlessly with team members.
Collecting local language data to help partners assist rural communities.
Generate insightful reports to identify trends and patterns.
These improvements have a significant impact on our client’s ability to combat injustice worldwide. By optimizing their workflows and enhancing their data analysis capabilities, they can now allocate resources more effectively, donors can see how their donations are used, track partner performance data and achieve better outcomes for their clients. They have also planned to expand the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and the Salesforce Partner Portal to other countries, especially in Africa, to support their childcare program.
