Job Description:

  • As a Project Manager you will manage and monitor Salesforce projects for multiple clients ensuring client delight

  • This role will drive SLA performance, Productivity, Utilization, resource deployment and other continuous improvement opportunities

  • You will be responsible/accountable for end to end execution of project with agreed budget/margin, time, effort, schedule, quality, governance & process adherence.

  • You will be accountable for delivering project to the utmost CSAT.

  • Review project plans, project artifacts/monitor project execution progress

  • Troubleshoot delivery risks/ issues & handle delivery escalations.

  • Enforce and maintain all Project level compliance requirements from team members and for the project.

  • Define delivery metrics (if any specific metrics needed for SFDC projects) and track, report, take corrective measures at appropriate time.

  • Responsible for providing revenue/resource guidance and GMA submission on timely manner.

  • Forecast & work with COE, TMP to build capability to meet the demand. Ensure utilize resources effectively and efficiently. Conduct regular reviews and refine the engagement plans and processes to drive continuous improvement on the quality of services delivered

  • Analyze risks, support in contingency planning

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products and landscape covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com

  • Handled Salesforce delivery teams of greater than 5

  • Developed project execution strategy

  • Done Project management reviews through the lifecycle

  • Required Experience: 10 years to 15 years

  • Skills: salesforce, SFDC, project management, technical manager

Required Skills:

  • Must possess strong customer service skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Must have good negotiation skills

  • Must be able to create good presentations

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must be detail-oriented and an active listener

  • Ability to work under pressure
