Subham primarily leads the key consulting and technology solution role in KVP, and has been an amalgam of KVP's work culture for close to 7 years. His emphasis is towards customer success, his prime responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional teams and building industry best integrated solutions for customers, predominantly in Hi-tech and BFSI verticals.
Subham additionally also facilitates and manages customer engagements on industry use case resolutions, helping in technology adoption, and building innovative vertical driven accelerator platforms in Salesforce practice.
Prior to joining KVP, he has worked as business consultant in Wipro. He is an ardent lover of wildlife and animals, and is fond of writing and painting in his spare time if not sieged by his pets.
He is an alumnus of PES University, Bangalore.
Lead Consultant - Manufacturing and Retail Vertical
A strong believer in transformative technology, Dheeraj leads the consulting and solution engineering team in KVP for Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution Industry Verticals. He is intuitive on delivery challenges and methods, and has contributed his vision to driving protocols and positioning viable solutions. His core focus is consulting, technology enablement, customer success, system adoption and building best in industry integrated solutions.
Dheeraj is also a mentor and enabler for the Sales and Pre-Sales team. He vouches for smart customer engagement, problem solving skills, technology understanding and builds a team of techno-functional consultants.
Prior to joining KVP, he has worked as a sales and pre-sales consultant with Tismo Technology. He was responsible for business in the USA and Europe for design engineering services across all segments.
His interests include riding motorcycles, strength training and is also an impulsive traveler. He is an alumnus of New Horizon College Of Engineering, Bangalore
Lead Consultant - CPQ
Vinothkumar’s role as the Lead Consultant for Salesforce CPQ helps us to strengthen the relationship between the organization and our SMB as well as Large clients, which is often instrumental to help them to achieve their business goals. Through the process of automation of quotations, Salesforce CPQ cuts the downtime usually related to generation of contracts, and enables our customers to generate greater leads in nominal time.
His focus areas are on evaluating the project parameters, analyze the project strength and highlight the areas of improvements. His core strength is his ability to delegate the right tasks to his team members, at the same time testing and tweaking the project solutions to perfection while presenting plans and results to the stakeholders.
Vinoth has a strong experience in different areas like Oracle CRM, Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ and CloudSense CPQ. He is an expert Web, CMS and E-Commerce consultant.
Prior to joining KVP, Vinoth was associated with Infosys and Fujitsu, during which tenures he has had the experience of playing different roles like Developer, Consultant and Business Analyst.
He has completed his Post Graduation in Information Technology from Bharathiar University located in Coimbatore.
Industry Lead - Pharma and Healthcare
Mrinal has 5+ years of experience on Salesforce platforms with good knowledge and experience in all stages of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Technologies. During his stint in KVP, he has actively supported SAP and COPA Data Integration, wherein he had the opportunity to collaborate with the customer's SAP team to implementing the complete sync between SFDC and their platform.
He is skilled in understanding software requirement specifications and developing a functional model for the same. He also excels in identifying test scenarios for the project. Experience in Test Plan and test execution.
He has complete expertise in manual, functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and performance testing. He leads project meetings for the client leadership, well-involving the internal leadership and the development team. He is constantly recognized and awarded by clients and our organization for his work and contributions on various projects.
He actively mentors freshers and conducts practical sessions on Salesforce functionalities. His professional motto is focused on supporting, contributing, and keep bridging the gap between people, processes, and business needs. He is constantly focused on digitizing data and transactions on well-conceived Salesforce platform implementations.
