Prior to founding KVP, Ajay was working with QuEST, Wipro and Pentafour in key leadership roles in new market development, strategy, account engagements and marketing. 

Ajay is awarded Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani Award by Citizen Integration Peace Society, Excellence award from India Economic Forum, Listed among top 20 most promising business by Silicon India, Listed among top 10 admired companies to watch for by Insight Success magazine. KVP was also recognised "Emerging Award" and "Best Partner of the Year Award" by Salesforce.com India.

Shashidhar Gurumurthy

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) 

Shashidhar leads KVP's technology strategy, innovation, and new competency strategy. He engages with customers to provide scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform and also supports our engineering team to understand their technical aspirations and mentor them on their career development. 

He comes with over 26 years of software development and technical expertise. He is an industry leader and has been an active speaker at multiple Salesforce and Google developer events, including at Dreamforce. He has hands-on experience in Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, and many more web and mobile technologies. 

He is an alumnus of NIE, Mysore, and Jack Welch Management Institute. He has done certificate courses from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

 

Shashidhar is an avid biker and also takes a keen interest in social initiatives and education.

Chief Finance Officer (CFO) 

Suresh drives the finance operations of KVP. As CFO, Suresh's focus is to align business growth plans with financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths. He will be providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. He will be advising on long-term business and financial planning. With his large experience, he will also be establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
 

Suresh brings over three decades of experience in the areas of Finance strategy, Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Investor Relations, Large Deals structuring, M&A and Accounting.

Senior Business Partner and Market Leader - Australia and NewZealand 

Graeme is responsible for revenue growth and P&L for ANZ region for our business. His key focus is to strategically build a team to engage and deliver our industry solutions in ANZ markets. He is a forward thinking professional and his ability to engage with people, consulting mind and experience is what helps us establish in ANZ markets.

 

Graeme comes with experience of supporting several technology firms for 30 years across global markets including San Francisco and London. He brings rich experience in Banking and Financial service industry, Retail, Hi-tech and professional services business. Previously, he was supporting global businesses like National Australia Bank, Insurance Australia Group, MYER, Dimension Data, ADP, HP and Hitachi. 

He is an MBA graduate from Anglia Polytechnic University (Essex, UK)

Deepthi Prabhu 

Marketing and Partner Engagement Lead

Deepthi drives marketing strategy and key channel partner engagements. She is a founding member of KVP and has been instrumental in driving various key initiatives in business since our inception. 

As a marketing lead, she drives branding, marketing communication, social media strategy and execution and drives new prospects through marketing engagements. She also engages with partners and focused on defining and executing partner engagement strategy.

 

Prior to marketing role, she was engaged in HR initiatives and actively support recruitment function. 

Apart from work, she loves art, colour and always experimenting new hobbies around home made soaps, soft toy and various creative art works.

Sreenivas Madenahally 

Vice President - Delivery 

Sreenivasa joins KVP to drive project delivery strategy and enhance our delivery engagement models. He comes with an experience of 25 years in IT industry including MNC's like Dell-EMC & GE before joining KVP team. He started his career in software development and then held senior positions in project management, program management, portfolio development, engineering and strategic initiatives. He holds experience in Telecom, Semiconductor, Healthcare, Life sciences, Insurance, IT Infrastructure industries.

He brings in a good experience on both software development and application project management / governance which is a great value addition to our organisation. With global exposure in large services organisations, he will help us strengthen our vision and support our Customers to adopt and get the best from their Salesforce CRM initiatives.

Sreenivasa is an alumnus of  NIE, Mysore.

Subham Chatterjee

Senior Consultant - BFSI and Technology Vertical 

Subham primarily leads the key consulting and technology solution role in KVP, and has been an amalgam of KVP's work culture for close to 7 years. His emphasis is towards customer success, his prime responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional teams and building industry best integrated solutions for customers, predominantly in Hi-tech and BFSI verticals. 

Subham additionally also facilitates and manages customer engagements on industry use case resolutions, helping in technology adoption, and building innovative vertical driven accelerator platforms in Salesforce practice.

 

Prior to joining KVP, he has worked as business consultant in Wipro. He is an ardent lover of wildlife and animals, and is fond of writing and painting in his spare time if not sieged by his pets.

Dheeraj Sudheeran

Lead Consultant - Manufacturing and Retail Vertical 

A strong believer in transformative technology, Dheeraj leads the consulting and solution engineering team in KVP for Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution Industry Verticals. He is intuitive on delivery challenges and methods, and has contributed his vision to driving protocols and positioning viable solutions. His core focus is consulting, technology enablement, customer success, system adoption and building best in industry integrated solutions.

Dheeraj is also a mentor and enabler for the Sales and Pre-Sales team. He vouches for smart customer engagement, problem solving skills, technology understanding and builds a team of techno-functional consultants.

Prior to joining KVP, he has worked as a sales and pre-sales consultant with Tismo Technology. He was responsible for business in the USA and Europe for design engineering services across all segments.

His interests include riding motorcycles, strength training and is also an impulsive traveler. He is an alumnus of New Horizon College Of Engineering, Bangalore

Vinoth Kumar

Project Lead - Strategic Accounts 

Vinothkumar’s role as a Project Consultant is to strengthen the relationship between the
organization and the clients with helping them to achieve their business goals. His focus is
mainly on evaluating the project parameters, analyzing the project strength and area of
improvements, delegate the task to the team, testing and tweaking the project solutions to
perfection. He is also respomsible to present plans and results to the stakeholders.


He comes with a strong experience in Oracle CRM, Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce CPQ and CloudSense CPQ, CMS and E-Commerce technologies. 


Prior joining KVP, Vinoth has experience working with multinationals like Infosys and Fujitsu, where he has played different roles like Developer, Consultant and Business Analyst.

Srilakshmi K U 

Associate Technical Architect 

Srilakshmi's technical acumen transcends not only in delivering technical solutions for project engagements, but she plays a vital role in KVP's ecology, being a mentor for various development teams, providing apt architectural frameworks and setting up macro-level implementation platforms.

 

Her role as a budding Technical Architect, cumulates her involvement in customer interactions, requirement analysis and collaborating with business analysts to plan, design and develop work packages on Force.com platform. Being a team player, she also focuses on identifying and encouraging areas for growth and improvement within her teams.

 

Prior to joining KVP, she was working with Cloudsense Pvt. Ltd as a trainee and developer, involved in key projects and providing solutions for Indian and international clients by using a variety of configuration features of Force.com.

She is an alumni of Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology, Tumkur.

Pooja Bhat

Associate Technical Architect 

Like many in KVP, Pooja's growth as an Associate Technical Architect, is an epitome of KVP's culture, coming off from the ranks of being a Salesforce Practice Trainee 5 years ago. Her zeal for technology transformation and solution implementation has spiraled up various pole positions she has taken, during her course in time, encompassing development, quality, analysis and as a project consultant.

 

Given her key focus and strengths are Salesforce.com implementation, she is currently involved in a wide range of customer stories, from enabling Financial, B2C Service sectors and to Pharmaceutical Industries. Her present role lets her draw out innovative technical maps for application activities like  Lightning Migration, Sample Management, Chatbot Integration, Salesforce to SAP Integration, Portal Development - Customer & Distributor among others .
