Our customer is a global provider of cloud-based data backup and recovery systems. The company uses Salesforce.com to manage their sales and after sales activities world-wide. Our customer has a well entrenched system for change management. The importance they attach to change management is displayed by the fact that they Change Management Committee meets every week to aggregate change requests from managers around the world, record each request , prioritize them as per business imperatives and assign them to clearly identified stakeholders.
