e-medSol is an online
business and networking platform for medical tourism
industry. As a web 2.0 business, e-medSol was looking to
fuel its business to next level by re-structuring its
proposition and enhance value to all stakeholders. KVP
was entrusted this strategic re-positioning exercise
with strong focus on bringing in investors.

| KVP's strategy was to
support e-medsol in building the right proposition to
attract investors to inject momentum for the next wave
of growth. After the initial strategy, KVP worked on
finalizing the proposition, conducting a market
assessment and defined the right strategic investor
required who can articulate and support e-medSols future
goals. KVP did an industry analysis and indepth
understanding of e-medSol's business proposition to meet
the investment objectives (investor strategy support).
We understood the investor targets and screened them
based on set criteria. We also provided them the advise
during evaluation and short listing process. |

Outcome |
| KVP worked closely with e-medSol
to strategically find the right investor. We were able
to support emedSol at all stages of planning, right from
defining investor objectives to investor evaluation and
detailed pitch and then identify an investor with right
fitment aligned to e-medSol’s goals for the growth of
