| Bharath Auto Cars wanted to
ensure higher employee satisfaction, understand
strengths and gaps of its team with the intent to
improve their overall organization productivity. They
wanted to set-up a culture with higher levels of
engagement and greater transparency in its HR systems.
There existed an urgent need for implementing objective
and transparent HR programs which were bench marked, as
well as internally aligned, to the culture of the
organization. To do so they were looking forward to
develop scientific data points for defining plans for
future of the company. |

Support Strategy |
| KVP as a diagnostic
approach conducted an organization wide survey to
understand the areas of strength and opportunity from
the employee perspective. KVP also conducted a detailed
leadership interviews to gauge the various perspectives
on the “as-is" and "to-be" states of systems and
processes. Understanding the employee and management
perspective KVP was able to craft a road map and
designed the required inputs for defining growth plans
and held communications sessions for the employees. |

Outcome |
| KVP received qualified
inputs from the employees to define various organization
level strategies and worked with the management team to
articulate the employee satisfaction pointers into
defined and measurable actions. Various inputs for
organization productivity measures were also defined. |
