Bangalore, India, May 29,
2009 -- KVP Business Solutions today announced that they
have been selected by Tesscorn Systems India to
streamline its sales process in India using ZOHO CRM.
As Tesscorn Systems India acts as an extended sales and
marketing arm of its partners abroad, it needed a system
that captures real-time data and that provides timely
and accurate reports for management.
Tesscorn Systems India caters to the automotive,
aerospace and defense industries needs for research
equipment. They handle a very large number of enquiries
on a weekly basis and require a system that automates
the process from enquiry storage to sales and after
sales requests. KVP will support the design and
implementation of the automated tool, support the data
migration, customize reports and dashboards for
management and train Tesscorn staff on the tool.
