support Neilmed Pharmaceuticals Inc. setup a captive
centre in India |
Bangalore, India, January
3, 2008 -- KVP Business Solutions today signed an
agreement with Neilmed Pharmaceuticals Inc. to setup a
captive back office centre in India. Neilmed
Pharmaceuticals, based in Santa Rosa, California, USA is
one of world's top companies for nasal saline
applications, particularly with large volume,
low-pressure patented system which is currently on the
shelves at several thousand pharmacy chains in multiple
countries.
Looking forward to cash in on the go to India advantage,
Neilmed plans to set up a captive back office center in
India to manage their basic processes for strengthening
supply chain and hence improve business efficiency.
Services in the captive centre would include Lead
generation, Order fulfillment, Follow-up on product
deliveries, Customer feedback tracking, Campaign design
and development and building an alternate source for a
few non-critical commodities from India.
