automates the sales process of COTMAC Pvt. Ltd for

Bangalore, India, March 26,
2010 – KVP Business Solutions today signed an agreement
with COTMAC Pvt. Ltd for streamlining of the sales
process at COTMAC using CRM. KVP will support COTMAC in
putting together a system that captures real-time data
and provide timely and accurate report for management to
increase their market share and drive them to next level
of growth.
COTMAC Pvt. Ltd, part of the Cotmac Group of
companies, markets and distributes electrical
products, engineering products, welding and consumer
durables through network of branches spread across
India. The management is keen to accelerate growth in
the coming years and hence is looking at implementing a
solution that would provide a scalable platform for
systematic growth. KVP will support the development and
implementation of the tool apart from data migration,
reports creation, dashboards for users and management
and mentor and coach COTMAC sales team on the tool to
enhance productivity. The system will also provide for a
seamless flow of information that would help in quick
decision making, improved customer responsiveness and
sales tracking.
