support Bharath Bookmark on store operations improvement |
Bangalore, India, November 2, 2008 -- KVP
Business Solutions today announced that they will
undertake an assignment to improve overall operations at
Bharath Bookmark.
Bharath Bookmark, part of the Bharath Group of
companies, is a growing chain of book stores. Bookmark
felt the need for a comprehensive assessment of store
processes that should help improve overall operations.
As a part of this assignment, KVP will understand key
store processes and finally implement a solution to
standardize all processes and operations within the
store at the micro and macro level. This system will
integrate demand forecasting, procurement,
merchandising, warehousing, store operations, customer
relationship management and sales and marketing.
