define and implement an integrated sales and
distribution process for improving business visibility

Bangalore, India, September

they will undertake a sales and distribution design and
automation process program at Bharath Beedi. As a part
of this assignment, KVP will implement a country-wide
CRM solution to standardize sales processes across all
branches of Bharath Beedi to improve sales and
distribution activities at the micro-level. This CRM
will integrate production, transportation and logistics,
warehousing, sales and distribution management.
Bharath Beedi, a market leader in the domestic
beedies space, is also a well known exporter of beedies
to over 16 countries across the globe. With around
50,000 employees and a pan-India presence, the company's
sales teams are spread over different locations, each
using techniques and processes localized to suit the
requirements of their sales domain. The company
management wants to bring in more integration and
visibility into sales and distribution process being
