Build-Operate-Transfer is
an outsourcing strategy, wherein a business entity sub
contracts its extension plans to B-O-T expert. This
expert will design, build and operate the facility
till it reaches operational efficiency. At that
specified point, the facility is transitioned to the
holding business entity with all the resources,
processes and knowledge.
