As CEO of KVP, Ajay is
responsible for overall strategy and growth of the
company.
He is mostly involved in working with customers in
defining vision and approach to scale enterprises.
He also mentors the internal team and takes an active
interest in the individual development of each team
member.
He has a wide-ranging experience in field IT products,
solutions and services, manufacturing and engineering,
sales & marketing, product management and globalization.
Prior to starting KVP he was heading marketing and
demand generations function and also led US sales for
QuEST. He also worked for IBM and Wipro in sales,
marketing and strategy groups.
Ajay has over 13 years of experience and holds a BE from
Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal and a MBA from
T.A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) Manipal.

Rahul is responsible for
the overall operations and managing the project
deliveries and quality.
He spends time understanding customer needs, planning
resources, putting in place processes and driving
project deliveries for achieving higher customer
satisfaction.
Prior to joining KVP he was heading the marketing
function for Allied Worldwide Business Solutions.
He was previously associated with QuEST and Eureka
Forbes in areas of marketing, branding, corporate
communications and customer support operations.
Rahul has over 12 years of experience and he graduated
from The University of Newcastle, Australia with a MBA
and also holds a BE from MIT, Manipal

Shirin leads a team of
Salesforce developers and consultants to address process
automation needs of our customer.
She understands customers requirements translates those
to be addressed through use of right cloud based
technology.
Shirin has completed Administrator, Consultant and
Developer certifications of Salesforce and has been
involved in multiple complex cloud projects across
various industry segments.
Shirin has a post graduation in Marketing from Alliance
Business School, Bangalore

Varun as a head of Strategic Initiatives is
framing, evaluating and implementing strategic
projects.
Varun also manages projects for an array of
strategic issues that cut across disciplines and
functional areas which involve our internal and
external stakeholders.
He plays the role of the Principal Architect on
technical projects and is actively involved in the
competency development of the delivery teams.
Varun has completed Administrator, Consultant and
Developer certifications of Salesforce.
Prior to joining KVP, Varun was working at Dell and
has experience in business automation.
Varun graduated from Institute of Business
Management and Research.

Triyambak as our Customer Success Manager brings
a wealth of CRM and Platform expertise.
He is responsible for bringing best ideas,
innovations, and capabilities to customers and
driving greater business value.
Prior to joining KVP, Triyambak was working at Mudra
and has experience in sales and new business
development.
Has a post graduation in sales and marketing from
Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore.

Communications oversees all the marketing
initiatives within our company.
She carefully bridges customers’ communication needs
and balances with Business development requirements

Prior to joining KVP, Ishita was working with QuEST
and has experience in Public Relations and Marketing.
Has a post graduation in Public Relations from
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan,Bangalore.
